Community Outreach at House of Mercy Children’s Home Githurai 45

On Sunday, 11th January, the church family of Victors Chapel Githurai 45 visited House of Mercy Children’s Home as part of our ongoing commitment to community social responsibility and compassionate ministry. During the visit, we were able to share food supplies, including several bales of maize flour, offer financial support, and spend time praying with the children and caregivers. It was a meaningful moment of fellowship, encouragement, and practical support.

Present  was Rev. Chris Kimaru, Pastor Eunice Kimaru, Pastor Dan, alongside other ministers and church members who generously gave their time and resources. Together, we demonstrated love in action by standing with the children and showing care beyond words.

We sincerely appreciate and thank all church members who supported this outreach through giving, participation, and prayer. Your generosity and willingness to serve made it possible to meet practical needs and share the love of Christ in a tangible way. As Scripture reminds us, “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress” (James 1:27), and “Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth” (1 John 3:18). May God richly bless everyone who contributed and stood with us in fulfilling this mandate of compassion.
